UK Domestic: 3-5 business days via Royal Mail
International: 7-14 business days depending on destination

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. You can also check your order status anytime by contacting us with your order number.
What's your return policy?
We want you to absolutely love your Glitz & Treats pieces! Here's our policy:
• 30-day return window from delivery date
• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Note: Personalized/custom items are final sale (unless defective)
• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective

Can I exchange for a different size/color?
Yes! We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery for non-personalized items.
Exchange process:
1. Email us with your order number and what you'd like to exchange
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label (UK only)
3. Send back your item and we'll ship your new one!
International customers cover return shipping, but we'll cover the new item's shipping to you! ✨

• Don't soak for extended periods

How do I care for vinyl apparel (hoodies, tees)?
Keep your vinyl designs looking fresh:
• Turn inside out before washing
• Wash in cold water (30°C or less)

• If ironing, place a cloth over the design and use low heat
• Never iron directly on vinyl!

• Within 2 hours of ordering: We can usually make changes no problem!
• After 2 hours: We'll check if production has started and do our best to help
• Already in production: We'll work with you on the best solution

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Oh no! We're so sorry this happened. We'll make it right immediately:
1. Take photos of the damaged item and packaging
2. Email us at hello@glitzandtreats.com with your order number and photos
3. We'll send a replacement or full refund - your choice!
4. Keep the damaged item - no need to send it back
We typically respond within 24 hours and get replacements out ASAP. Your satisfaction is our priority! 💖
Can I cancel my order?
Timing is everything with order cancellations:
• Within 2 hours: Full cancellation and refund, no questions asked!
• 2-24 hours: Usually possible - we'll check production status
• After 24 hours: If not yet shipped, we can still try
• Already shipped: You can return it once received (standard return policy applies)
